Inglewood Sunfest 2011

The Inglewood Sunfest brings thousands of people down 9th Avenue to take part in the festivities, shop, and eat.  Last year we had over 30,000 people come down to the Sunfest and this year we are making it bigger and better.   This is the 4th time the Sunfest has been held in August and it's getting bigger and better every year.  We've changed out vendor categories this year to better reflect the types of vendors that participate in the festival.  Make sure you get a booth as part of this vibrant and popular festival by registering now.


HANDMADE - New this year!

COST: $174.99

New this year!  In celebration of buying local and helping build a vibrant Artisan community in this city this category has been newly created.   We are looking for unique goods that you can't get anywhere else.  Whether you are a painter, knitter, or jewlery maker if it's made by you we want you at our festival.  There are a limited number of these booths available so book your space early!

  • One (1) 10'  x 10' space. You may bring a tent to cover your table but it must not exceed the 10' x 10' space;
  • One 8' table;
  • Tables placed in a specially highlighted area of the festival;
  • Your company's name and website will be posted on the Inglewood Sunfest website (http://inglewoodsunfest.com);
  • You will be highlighted as a featured vendor on the Inglewood Sunfest Facebook vendor page.

 

NON-PROFIT / CHARITY

COST: $174.99

If your organization does good work for the people in this city we want to have you participate in our festival.  Proof of non-profit/charitable status is required.  

  • One (1) 10'  x 10' space. You may bring a tent to cover your table but it must not exceed the 10' x 10' space;
  • One 8' table;
  • Your company's name and website will be posted on the Inglewood Sunfest website (http://inglewoodsunfest.com);
  • You may be highlighted as a featured vendor on the Inglewood Sunfest Facebook vendor page.

 

BUSINESS

COST: $274.99

FOOD VENDOR

COST: $429.99

We love to eat and so do our festival goers!  Be the one to feed the thousands of hungry mouths that come down to the festival.  This category also includes sampling stations for all those fantastic new products you want thousands of people to try.  Discounts are availble for multiple spaces.  Please contact Kaya Konopnicki at 403.829.9175 orkaya@engagedevents.cato inquire about discounts.

Food Vendors also need to submit a AHS Vendor Application.  Please check the Inglewood Sunfest website for the AHS Forms.

  • A 10' x 10' space. You may bring a 10' x 10' tent to cover your table but it must not go out onto the roadway more than 10';
  • Access to power (one (1) 120V outlet);
  • Your company's name and website will be posted on the Inglewood Sunfest website (http://inglewoodsunfest.com);
  • You may be highlighted as a featured vendor on the Inglewood Sunfest Facebook vendor page.


MOBILE ACTIVATION

COST: $99.99

Have a mobile street team that you want to send out to our event?  This category allows your street team to wander the festival flog your product to the masses of people that throng the road.  It's a great way to get tons of exposure for a great deal.
